February 2026 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In February, 23 workshops were conducted with 255 participants attending. This year to date, 24 staff workshops have been run with a total of 260 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 14,189 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In February, eLearning advisers provided 84 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2026 have catered for 101 Course Coordinators teaching into 132 courses, which constitute approximately 3.8% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 14,996 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 136. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin and Ultra general skills.

The number of jobs for February 2026 decreased by 25.1% when compared to February 2025 and decreased by 9.1% when compared to February 2024 yet increased by 39% when compared to January 2026.
Course Management jobs for February 2026 decreased by 63.8% when compared with February 2025 and decreased by 40.2% when compared with February 2024 yet increased by 13.2% when compared with January 2026.
Tools & Other jobs for February 2026 increased by 10.7% when compared with February 2025 and increased by 7.7% when compared with February 2024 and increased by 47% when compared with January 2026.
The distribution of jobs were mainly in favour of Tools & Other (76.39%) with Course Management (23.61%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During February 2026 there were twenty three (23) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Access (5), Blackboard Course Content (2), Blackboard Course Creation (3), Blackboard Gradebook (1), Blackboard Groups (1), Blackboard Population (1), Blackboard Tools (1), Echo360 (2), ePortfolio (1), Gradescope (1), H5P (1), Inspera (1), UQ Extend (3).
All but one Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
