Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. This year to date, 26 staff workshops have been run with a total of 303 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 14,232 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations

In June, eLearning advisers provided 112 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2026 have catered for 401 Course Coordinators teaching into 540 courses, which constitute approximately 15.4% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 72,145 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 612. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin and Ultra assignment.

The number of jobs for June 2026 increased by 17.4% when compared to June 2025 and increased by 9% when compared to June 2024 and increased by 10.9% when compared to May 2026.

Course Management jobs for June 2026 increased by 24.4% when compared with June 2025 and increased by 3.6% when compared with June 2024 and increased by 20.4% when compared with May 2026.

Tools & Other jobs for June 2026 increased by 7.8% when compared with June 2025 and increased by 16.5% when compared with June 2024 yet decreased by 2.3% when compared with May 2026.

The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Course Management (57.93%) with Tools & Other (42.07%).

During June 2026 there were thirty five (35) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.

All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
