The number of jobs for February 2016 decreased by 4.6% when compared to February 2015 yet increased by 9.5% when compared to February 2014 yet increased by 13.9% when compared to January 2016.

Course Management jobs for February 2016 decreased by 11.9% when compared with February 2015 yet increased by 6.6% when compared with February 2014 yet decreased by 2.7% when compared with January 2016.

Tools & Other jobs for February 2016 increased by 8.9% when compared with February 2015 and increased by 14% when compared with February 2014 and increased by 40.4% when compared with January 2016.

The distribution of jobs were mainly in favour of Course Management (61.28%) with Tools & Other (38.72%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS

There were (5) Urgent jobs during the month of February 2016. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows:
Course Creation (2), Add Populations (1), Blackboard Roles (1), Blackboard Access (1). All requests were responded to within an hour.
