Workshops run and staff attendance
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered through Workday to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In September, no workshops were conducted. This year to date, 95 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1465 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 11,184 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In the month of September, eLearning advisers provided 48 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2023 have catered for 304 Course Coordinators teaching into 339 courses which constitute approximately 9.3% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 43,931 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 453. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Online quiz/exam (Inspera), Grade Centre, and Online marking/submission (Turnitin).

The number of jobs for September 2023 decreased by 3.9% when compared to September 2022 and decreased by 19.4% when compared to September 2021 and decreased by 7.8% when compared to August 2023.
Course Management jobs for September 2023 decreased by 36.7% when compared with September 2022 yet increased by 8.7% when compared with September 2021 is identical to those of August 2023.
Tools & Other jobs for September 2023 increased by 9.4% when compared with September 2022 yet decreased by 24.4% when compared with September 2021 and decreased by 9.5% when compared with August 2023.
The majority of jobs were distributed through Tools & Other (80%) with Course Management (20%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During September 2023 there were nine (9) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Grade Centre (3), Blackboard Tests (3), Exam related (1), Turnitin (2).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
