eLearning Training Attendances
Practical, hands-on eLearning workshops are offered through Staff Professional Development to help staff prepare their courses each semester. Staff attendances at workshops for January - February 2017 total 294 participants.

eLearning Solutions Service
The eLearning Solutions Service is designed to help staff implement the UQ eLearning tools that most successfully solve common teaching and learning problems. The eLearning Solutions Service to date in 2017 has catered for 33 Course Coordinators teaching into 48 courses and servicing a total of 8 807 student experiences across the university. The top three most common individual tools implemented are online marking/submission, group management and group peer assessment respectively.
eLearning Helpdesk - Support Requests and Trends
The number of jobs for February 2017 decreased by 4.8% when compared to February 2016 and decreased by 9.2% when compared to February 2015 yet increased by 17.2% when compared to January 2017.
Course Management jobs for February 2017 decreased by 10.1% when compared with February 2016 and decreased by 20.7% when compared with February 2015 yet decreased by 8.2% when compared with January 2017.
Tools & Other jobs for February 2017 increased by 3.4% when compared with February 2016 and increased by 12% when compared with February 2015 and increased by 53.2% when compared with January 2017.
The distribution of jobs were mainly in favour of Course Management (57.9%) with Tools & Other (42.1%).
RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
There were thirteen Urgent jobs during the month of February 2017. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows:
Blackboard Population (3), Active Learn Tools (1), Checkbox (2), Blackboard user assistance (2), Blackboard Assignment Tool (1), Blackboard Course Content (1), Course Request (3). All URGENT requests were responded to within an hour.
