The number of jobs for January 2016 increased by 21.2% when compared to January 2015 and increased by 23.8% when compared to January 2014 and increased by 57.3% when compared to December 2015.

Course Management jobs for January 2016 increased by 19% when compared with January 2015 and increased by 21.5% when compared with January 2014 and increased by 60.9% when compared with December 2015.

Tools & Other jobs for January 2016 increased by 27.3% when compared with January 2015 and increased by 29.9% when compared with January 2014 and increased by 47.6% when compared with December 2015.

The distribution of jobs were mostly through Course Management (73.21%) with Tools & Other (26.79%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS

There were three Urgent jobs during the month of January 2016. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows: Checkbox (1), User Access (1), Assessment Access (1).

All requests were responded to within an hour.
