October 2025 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In October, 1 workshop was conducted with 13 participants attending. This year to date, 124 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1,340 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 13,776 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In September, eLearning advisers provided 193 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 487 Course Coordinators teaching into 650 courses which constitute approximately 17.9% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 77,538 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 747. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin, and Inspera.

The number of jobs for October 2025 increased by 28.8% when compared to October 2024 and increased by 36.3% when compared to October 2023 yet decreased by 1.4% when compared to September 2025.
Course Management jobs for October 2025 increased by 45.6% when compared with October 2024 and increased by 48.2% when compared with October 2023 yet decreased by 1.1% when compared with September 2025.
Tools & Other jobs for October 2025 increased by 4.9% when compared with October 2024 and increased by 19.5% when compared with October 2023 yet decreased by 1.8% when compared with September 2025.
The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Course Management (58.64%) with Tools & Other (41.36%).
