Workshops run and staff attendance
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered through Workday to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In February, 10 workshops were conducted with 74 participants attending. This year to date, 37 staff workshops have been run with a total of 649 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 10364 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In the month of March, eLearning advisers provided 53 appointments to help course coordinators adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2023 have catered for 103 Course Coordinators teaching into 122 courses which constitute approximately 3.4% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 15,545 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 143. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Grade Centre, Online marking/submission (Turnitin), and Online quiz/exam (Inspera).

The number of jobs for March 2023 decreased by 25.3% when compared to March 2022 and decreased by 39.3% when compared to March 2021 and decreased by 52.2% when compared to February 2023.
Course Management jobs for March 2023 decreased by 68.8% when compared with March 2022 and decreased by 73.9% when compared with March 2021 and decreased by 83.6% when compared with February 2023.
Tools & Other jobs for March 2023 decreased by 2.9% when compared with March 2022 and decreased by 22.2% when compared with March 2021 and decreased by 29.8% when compared with February 2023.
The vast majority of jobs were distributed through Tools & Other (85.79%) with Course Management (14.21%).
