October 2024 Usage Statistics
In October, there were no workshops conducted due to eLearning Advisers being involved in developing Blackboard Ultra workshops. This year to date, 59 staff workshops have been run with a total of 931 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 12,329 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In October, eLearning advisers provided 92 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2024 have catered for 293 Course Coordinators teaching into 374 courses which constitute approximately 11.2% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 50,343 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 509. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Inspera, Grade Centre, and Turnitin.

The number of jobs for September 2024 decreased by 12.2% when compared to September 2023 and decreased by 13.6% when compared to September 2022 and decreased by 26.9% when compared to August 2024.
Course Management jobs for September 2024 increased by 2.8% when compared with September 2023 yet decreased by 34.9% when compared with September 2022 yet increased by 47.9% when compared with August 2024.
Tools & Other jobs for September 2024 decreased by 15.8% when compared with September 2023 and decreased by 4.4% when compared with September 2022 and decreased by 38.2% when compared with August 2024.
The majority of jobs were distributed through Tools & Other (77.1%) with Course Management (22.9%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During September 2024 there were nine (9) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Assignment Tool (1), Blackboard Grade Centre (1), Blackboard Tests (1), Blackboard Usage (4), Inspera (2).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
