Workshops run and staff attendance
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In November, 9 workshops were conducted with 62 participants attending. This year to date, 107 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1615 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 11,334 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In the month of November, eLearning advisers provided 42 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2023 have catered for 347 Course Coordinators teaching into 387 courses which constitute approximately 10.6% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 50,931 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 599. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Online quiz/exam (Inspera), Grade Centre, and Online marking/submission (Turnitin).

The number of jobs for November 2023 decreased by 25.3% when compared to November 2022 and decreased by 14.3% when compared to November 2021 yet increased by 20.2% when compared to October 2023.
Course Management jobs for November 2023 decreased by 30% when compared with November 2022 and decreased by 7.2% when compared with November 2021 yet increased by 33.7% when compared with October 2023.
Tools & Other jobs for November 2023 decreased by 17.9% when compared with November 2022 and decreased by 22.3% when compared with November 2021 yet increased by 2.2% when compared with October 2023.
The distribution of jobs were mainly in favour of Course Management (57.19%) with Tools & Other (42.81%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During November 2023 there were twenty three (23) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Grade Centre (4), Blackboard Tests (1), Blackboard Tools (2), Blackboard Usage (6), Exam related (3), Inspera (5), Turnitin (2).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
