eLearning Training Attendances
Practical, hands-on eLearning workshops are offered through Staff Professional Development to help staff prepare their courses each semester. Staff attendances at workshops for November 2017 total 658 participants.

Change management
During Semester 2 the eLearning Systems and Support team and ITaLI are giving joint presentations to whole school meetings. The presentations cover Best practice online course site design, Active learning support and Grades management and security. To date a presentation has been delivered to 25 schools, attended by 736 staff and another one school presentation is book for December
eLearning Solutions Service
Due to resource constraints, the eLearning Solutions Service is currently not available. This service offers one-on-one consultations on the integration of eLearning into courses.
As at 5 September 2017, we had 130 Clients encompassing 182 Courses with an effect on 28713 student experiences. The most popular tools were Online submission/marking, Online mini lectures, Group Management and ePortfolio.
eLearning Helpdesk - Support Requests and Trends
The number of jobs for November 2017 increased by 8.5% when compared to November 2016 and increased by 23.6% when compared to November 2015 and increased by 16.9% when compared to October 2017.
Course Management jobs for November 2017 decreased by 3.9% when compared with November 2016 yet increased by 24.5% when compared with November 2015 and increased by 34.9% when compared with October 2017.
Tools & Other jobs for November 2017 increased by 22.6% when compared with November 2016 and increased by 22.6% when compared with November 2015 yet decreased by 3.3% when compared with October 2017.
The distribution of jobs were slightly in favour of Course Management (52.93%) with Tools & Other (47.07%).
RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
There were eleven Urgent jobs during November 2017. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Access (1), Blackboard Assignment Tool (2), Blackboard Groups (1), Blackboard Tools (4), Blackboard Grade Centre (2), Checkbox (1). All requests were responded to within an hour.
