Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In February, workshops were conducted with 262 participants attending. This year to date, 12 staff workshops have been run with a total of 344 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 12,735 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations

In February, eLearning advisers provided 55 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 72 Course Coordinators teaching into 104 courses which constitute approximately 2.9% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 15,624 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 84. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Grade CentreTurnitin, and Ultra.

The number of jobs for February 2025 increased by 16.1% when compared to February 2024 yet decreased by 1.5% when compared to February 2023 yet increased by 4.9% when compared to January 2025.

Course Management jobs for February 2025 increased by 39% when compared with February 2024 yet decreased by 5% when compared with February 2023 and decreased by 23.9% when compared with January 2025.

Tools & Other jobs for February 2025 decreased by 5.8% when compared with February 2024 yet increased by 2.2% when compared with February 2023 and increased by 40.2% when compared with January 2025.

The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Tools & Other (50.63%) with Course Management (49.38%).
