Workshops run and staff attendances
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered through Staff Development to help staff prepare their courses each semester. This year to date, 12 staff workshops have been run, with a total of 64 staff attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 5,784 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Solutions Service
The eLearning Solutions Service is designed to help staff implement the UQ eLearning tools that most successfully solve common teaching and learning problems. The eLearning Solutions Service to date in 2020 has catered for 19 Course Coordinators teaching into 32 courses and servicing a total of 2,759 student experiences across the university. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Online marking / submission, Online quiz / exam and eLearning refresher respectively.

The number of jobs for January 2020 increased by 15.7% when compared to January 2019 yet decreased by 0.3% when compared to January 2018 yet increased by 25% when compared to December 2019.
Course Management jobs for January 2020 increased by 21.5% when compared with January 2019 and increased by 10.3% when compared with January 2018 and increased by 16.6% when compared with December 2019.
Tools & Other jobs for January 2020 is identical to those of January 2019 yet decreased by 22.4% when compared with January 2018 yet increased by 47.8% when compared with December 2019.
The distribution of jobs were mostly through Course Management (72.98%) with Tools & Other (27.02%).
