Workshops run and staff attendance
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered through Workday to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In August, 13 workshops were conducted with 223 participants attending. This year to date, 95 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1465 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 11,184 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In the month of August, eLearning advisers provided 62 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2023 have catered for 272 Course Coordinators teaching into 313 courses which constitute approximately 8.6% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 40,473 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 405. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Online quiz/exam (Inspera), Grade Centre, and Online marking/submission (Turnitin).

The number of jobs for August 2023 decreased by 25.8% when compared to August 2022 and decreased by 17.6% when compared to August 2021 and decreased by 46.8% when compared to July 2023.
Course Management jobs for August 2023 decreased by 56.3% when compared with August 2022 yet increased by 23.2% when compared with August 2021 yet decreased by 80.9% when compared with July 2023.
Tools & Other jobs for August 2023 decreased by 11.8% when compared with August 2022 and decreased by 23.9% when compared with August 2021 and decreased by 10.6% when compared with July 2023.
The majority of jobs were distributed through Tools & Other (81.55%) with Course Management (18.45%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During August 2023 there were fifteen (15) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Assignment Tool (1), Blackboard Grade Centre (1), Blackboard Population (2), Blackboard Tests (2), H5P (1), Site Request (2), Turnitin (1), UQ Extend (4).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
