Workshops run and staff attendances
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered through Workday to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In May, 15 workshops were conducted with 73 participants attending. This year to date, 67 staff workshops have been run with a total of 773 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 8,647 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Advisor Consultations
The eLearning Advisor Consultations is designed to help staff implement the UQ eLearning tools that most successfully solve common teaching and learning problems. The eLearning Advisor Consultations to date in 2022 has catered for 168 Course Coordinators teaching into 210 courses which constitutes approximately 6.09% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 27,852 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equal to 300. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Online marking / submission, Grade Centre and Online quiz / exam. For the month, 27 new Course Coordinators were assisted with eLearning related consultations teaching into 23 courses with 4,105 student experiences across 67 appointments.

The number of jobs for May 2022 decreased by 10.5% when compared to May 2021 and decreased by 19.2% when compared to May 2020 yet increased by 34% when compared to April 2022.
Course Management jobs for May 2022 decreased by 18% when compared with May 2021 and decreased by 8.8% when compared with May 2020 yet increased by 56.7% when compared with April 2022.
Tools & Other jobs for May 2022 increased by 0.7% when compared with May 2021 yet decreased by 29.1% when compared with May 2020 yet increased by 6% when compared with April 2022.
The distribution of jobs were mainly in favour of Course Management (55.19%) with Tools & Other (44.81%).
RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During May 2022 there were seventeen (17) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Grade Centre (2), Blackboard Tools (2), Course Request (1), ePortfolio (1), Exam related (2), Kaltura (3), Turnitin (4), Zoom (2).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
