November 2024 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In November, 7 workshops were conducted with 55 participants attending. This year to date, 66 staff workshops have been run with a total of 988 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 12,386 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In November, eLearning advisers provided 37 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2024 have catered for 326 Course Coordinators teaching into 415 courses which constitute approximately 11.5% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 53,193 student experiences across the university. Total year-to-date number of appointments is 547. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Inspera, Grade Centre, and Turnitin.

The number of jobs for November 2024 decreased by 6.8% when compared to November 2023 and decreased by 27.6% when compared to November 2022 yet increased by 9.5% when compared to October 2024.
Course Management jobs for November 2024 decreased by 4% when compared with November 2023 and decreased by 30% when compared with November 2022 yet increased by 30.7% when compared with October 2024.
Tools & Other jobs for November 2024 decreased by 10.7% when compared with November 2023 and decreased by 23.9% when compared with November 2022 and decreased by 17.4% when compared with October 2024.
The distribution of jobs were mainly in favour of Course Management (59.05%) with Tools & Other (40.95%).

During November 2024 there were twenty seven (27) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Access (1), Blackboard Grade Centre (8), Blackboard Population (1), Blackboard Tests (1), Buddycheck (1), Echo360 (1), Exam related (2), Inspera (5), MKM (1), Site Request (3), Turnitin (2), UQ Extend (1).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
