July 2025 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In July, 41 workshops were conducted with 336 participants attending. This year to date, 114 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1,196 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 13,632 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In July, eLearning advisers provided 93 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 252 Course Coordinators teaching into 329 courses which constitute approximately 8.8% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 46,348 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 364. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin, and general instructions on Ultra.

The number of jobs for July 2025 decreased by 16.9% when compared to July 2024 yet increased by 2.5% when compared to July 2023 and increased by 9.7% when compared to June 2025.
Course Management jobs for July 2025 decreased by 27% when compared with July 2024 and decreased by 11.6% when compared with July 2023 and decreased by 8.9% when compared with June 2025.
Tools & Other jobs for July 2025 decreased by 6.8% when compared with July 2024 yet increased by 14.7% when compared with July 2023 and increased by 24.8% when compared with June 2025.
The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Tools & Other (56.4%) with Course Management (43.6%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During July 2025 there were twenty three (23) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Access (2), Blackboard Assignment Tool (1), Blackboard Course Creation (6), Blackboard Population (1), Blackboard Tools (4), Echo360 (1), Course Profile (1), ePortfolio (1), H5P (1), Inspera (1), Teams (1), UQ Extend (3).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
