March 2026 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. This year to date, 24 staff workshops have been run with a total of 260 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 14,189 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In March, eLearning advisers provided 84 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2026 have catered for 148 Course Coordinators teaching into 191 courses, which constitute approximately 5.5% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 25,237 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 221. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin and Ultra general skills.

The number of jobs for March 2026 increased by 52.7% when compared to March 2025 and increased by 54.6% when compared to March 2024 and increased by 26.3% when compared to February 2026.
Course Management jobs for March 2026 increased by 84.9% when compared with March 2025 and increased by 81% when compared with March 2024 and increased by 59.6% when compared with February 2026.
Tools & Other jobs for March 2026 increased by 29.3% when compared with March 2025 and increased by 35.5% when compared with March 2024 and increased by 2.2% when compared with February 2026.
The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Tools & Other (57.97%) with Course Management (42.03%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During March 2026 there were twenty two (22) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Padlet (1), Blackboard Course Creation (2), Blackboard Groups (2), Blackboard Tests (3), Echo360 (4), ePortfolio (1), H5P (1), Inspera (2), MKM (1), Turnitin (3), UQ Extend (2).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
