Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In November, workshops was conducted with 44 participants attending. This year to date, 131 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1,340 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 13,820 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations

In November, eLearning advisers provided 71 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 511 Course Coordinators teaching into 862 courses which constitute approximately 18.6% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 81,913 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 819. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin, and Inspera.

The number of jobs for November 2025 increased by 0.3% when compared to November 2024 yet decreased by 6.4% when compared to November 2023 and decreased by 24.8% when compared to October 2025.

Course Management jobs for November 2025 decreased by 7.7% when compared with November 2024 and decreased by 11.4% when compared with November 2023 and decreased by 29.8% when compared with October 2025.

Tools & Other jobs for November 2025 increased by 10.6% when compared with November 2024 and increased by 0.4% when compared with November 2023 yet decreased by 17.8% when compared with October 2025.

The distribution of jobs were exactly the same between Course Management (54.22%) with Tools & Other (45.78%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS

During November 2025 there were twenty five (25) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Access (1), Blackboard Assignment Tool (3), Blackboard Course Creation (1), Blackboard Grade Centre (5), Blackboard Population (1), Blackboard Usage (2), Buddycheck (1), Echo360 (1), Inspera (3), Turnitin (5), UQ Extend (2).

All but two Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
