Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In December, workshops were conducted with 60 participants attending. This year to date, 140 staff workshops have been run with a total of 1,493 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 13,929 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations

In December, eLearning advisers provided 33 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 536 Course Coordinators teaching into 712 courses which constitute approximately 19.4% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 86,135 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 852. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Ultra Gradebook, Turnitin, and Ultra Assignment.

The number of jobs for December 2025 decreased by 16.2% when compared to December 2024 and decreased by 22.6% when compared to December 2023 and decreased by 31.6% when compared to November 2025.

Course Management jobs for December 2025 decreased by 51.4% when compared with December 2024 and decreased by 58.4% when compared with December 2023 and decreased by 45.1% when compared with November 2025.

Tools & Other jobs for December 2025 increased by 42.5% when compared with December 2024 and increased by 50.2% when compared with December 2023 yet decreased by 17% when compared with November 2025.

The distribution of jobs were similarly divided amongst Tools & Other (58.33%) with Course Management (41.67%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS

During December 2025 there were thirteen (13) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Blackboard Grade Centre (1), Blackboard Population (2), Blackboard Tests (1), Blackboard Usage (1), Echo360 (2), Inspera (3), Turnitin (1), UQ Extend (2).

All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
