March 2025 Usage Statistics
Practical, hands-on workshops in teaching and learning technologies are offered to help staff prepare their courses each semester. In March, 15 workshops were conducted with 99 participants attending. This year to date, 27 staff workshops have been run with a total of 443 attendances. Since 2012, there has been a total of 12,879 staff workshop attendances.

eLearning Adviser Consultations
In March, eLearning advisers provided 49 appointments to help courses adopt eLearning technology. The eLearning Adviser Consultations to date in 2025 have catered for 108 Course Coordinators teaching into 141 courses which constitute approximately 4% of all courses in the university and servicing a total of 21,200 student experiences across the university. In total, the number of appointments equals 133. The top three most common individual tools implemented are Grade Centre, Turnitin, and Ultra.

The number of jobs for March 2025 decreased by 0.8% when compared to March 2024 and decreased by 2.5% when compared to March 2023 and decreased by 52.1% when compared to February 2025.
Course Management jobs for March 2025 decreased by 23.5% when compared with March 2024 and decreased by 46.9% when compared with March 2023 and decreased by 86.9% when compared with February 2025.
Tools & Other jobs for March 2025 increased by 3.8% when compared with March 2024 and increased by 10.7% when compared with March 2023 yet decreased by 18.9% when compared with February 2025.
The distribution of jobs were mostly through Tools & Other (86.67%) with Course Management (13.33%).

RESPONSE TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FLAGGED AS URGENT BY CLIENTS
During March 2025 there were eighteen (18) Urgent jobs. A breakdown of the Urgent jobs are as follows.
Adaptive Release (2), Blackboard Course Content (1), Blackboard Grade Centre (1), Blackboard Groups (2), Blackboard Tests (3), Echo360 (2), Inspera (2), Site Request (2), UQ Extend (2).
All Urgent requests were responded to within an hour.
