Transfer Inspera exam results to Grade Centre (YouTube 3m 52s)

Note: If you need to transfer grades multiple times from several Inspera tests/committees to a single column in Grade Centre (e.g. in case of committee marking), you will need to repeat Step 3 and Step 4 in this guide until you have all your students' grades from Inspera to Grade Centre.

Instructions

To transfer Inspera exam results to your Learn.UQ course, four steps are required:

  1. Create a column in Grade Centre
  2. Download Grade Centre
  1. Download and prepare the Inspera exam results report file
  2. Upload the Inspera results report file to Grade Centre

2. Download Grade Centre

Downloading Grade Centre to have a backup copy and to use the format of the Exam column heading.

  1. From the Control Panel select Grade Centre > Full Grade Centre

  1. Hover the mouse over the Work Offline button
  2. Select Download from the drop down list

  1. Under DATA>>Select Data to download, select Full Grade Centre

  1. Under OPTIONS:
    • select No for Include Hidden Columns

  1. Click on the Submit button
  2. Click on the DOWNLOAD button

  1. Change the file name to Backup Grade Centre - Date

  1. Open up the file to view (select yes). Keep this file open.
