Inspera School-based Off-campus Exams

If you are using Inspera for a school-based exam, you will need to ensure that your students and staff are prepared for the exam.

This guide provides information on Off-Campus exams.

For information on On-Campus exams please refer to the Digital On-Campus Exam Support for Staff guide by Academic Services Division.

    You need to organise resources at least 3 weeks prior to your exam.

    All exams should have Exam Information from the applicable Exam Information Sheet posted in your Learn.UQ course site. Please see the Inspera Exam Information Sheets page to find the relevant Exam Information Sheet.

    Complete the online assessment schedule form to request support from AskUs student support team.

    Important: Completing the above schedule is essential. This ensures students have access to trained AskUs staff to troubleshoot any technical issues students encounter on exam day.  

    Inspera Exam Portal

    If using Inspera Exam Portal, you will need to provide  students with the "PIN-code" to access their exam (this is referred to as the "SEB password" in the Deliver settings of your exam) in the Exam Information posted in your Learn.UQ course site.
