Copy a question set from Inspera Training to Inspera Admin (Ultra)

If you have created a Question Set in Inspera Training, it needs to be copied to the Inspera Admin site for students to access it. Note: Please do NOT copy questions with sections with stimulus or questions with media content such as images because the stimulus and images will not be properly copied.

1. Access the Inspera Training site.
2. Select Question Sets from the Author drop-down menu

3. Click on Export as QTI from More drop-down menu of the assessment link

• Alternatively, check the assessment link checkbox
• Click  on Export as QTI from the bottom of the site

4. The format QTI2.1 is selected by default
5. The option Include Inspera namespaces and content in export is checked by default
6. Click on the Continue button

7. Click on the Download ZIP button
8. Click on the Done button

The zip file is saved in your device

9. Access the Inspera admin site.
10. Select Question Sets from the Author drop-down menu

11. Click on the Import QTI from the down arrow drop-down menu

12. Select the required assessment zip file from your device
13. Click on the Open button

13. Select Create new
14. Click on the Import now button

15. Import summary of the assessment content is display for preview

17. The Question Set is added to the Production Environment.
18. Click on the eye icon to preview the assessment

19. Each question in the set has a label indicating the source it was imported from

20. The other labels are also imported over
