Direct links can be added to your Learn.UQ (Blackboard) course for your program or discipline ePortfolio Table of Contents (TOF). A link can be to a particular assignment submission page or to the top of the TOC (i.e. if students need to navigate the TOC to select elective choices).

Note: A Table of Contents and assignment submission pages must already be set up in the ePortfolio.

Note: It is not possible to have an ePortfolio assignment result returned to Grade Centre if the link is not to a particular submission page. i.e. When the link is to the top of the TOC and students need to navigate and select an elective.

Note: The Points Possible does not have to be same as the score you marked out of in the ePortfolio. i.e. You could mark out of 100 in the ePortfolio have the result converted to out of 10 when it returns to Grade Centre.

Note: It is possible to display text in the Grade Centre instead of a numerical result i.e. Satisfactory / Not Satisfactory instead of 1 / 0 by using a Grading Schema. Refer to the Create a Grade Schema (1-7 grades) or Create a Grade Schema (Pass / Fail) guides.

  1. Optionally, if you do not want students to have access to the link immediately, select the No, Visible to Students radio button.
  2. Optionally, set the Due Date:
    • Enter the date using the Date Selection Calendar and enter the time using the Time Selection Menu.

Note: The Due Date is used only to display information to students, it will not restrict them submitting their assignment late. The date and time an assignment is submitted is displayed in the ePortfolio.
