Identifying hurdles with a hurdle marking schema (Ultra)

To help identify students who have not met a hurdle requirement, instructors can use a marking schema linked to a calculated column to clearly indicate whether a student has passed or failed.

Note: If your course has multiple hurdles you may need to create additional hurdle columns to assist in identifying students that have failed these hurdles.

1. Create a hurdle marking schema

Create a marking schema for your hurdle task, recommend naming your schema Pass/fail hurdle. For further information on creating a hurdle marking schema, refer to the Create a Mark Schema (Pass/Fail) guide.
