Gradebook filters (Ultra)

Why would I use filters in Gradebook?

Filters provide staff with the ability to limit the view of what is seen in the Gradebook Marks area.

Filters can be applied across the following areas:

Filters once applied carry through to the flexible marking interface for both Assignments and Tests.

Select Gradebook from the navigation bar.
Select Marks from the Gradebook navigation bar.
Click on the Filter button.
Selet the desired filter to apply:
- Students: Can select individual students or multiple students.
- Groups: Can select individual groups or multiple groups.
- Markable items: Can select individual mark columns or multiple columns.
- Assessment Type: Select from Formative or Summative.
- Categories: Select from the available categories
Click on the Apply button.
The Applied Filters will be listed above the column headings.
Click on the X to remove an individual filter, alternatively click on the Clear all filters to remove all filters.
