Create a Gradescope Bubble Sheet Assignment (Ultra)

This guide provides instructions on how to scan and mark paper bubble sheets using Gradescope.

Note: Use of Gradescope bubble sheets is a UQ centrally supported exam option. 

Note: Gradescope will only work with papers using the Gradescope Bubble Sheet template.

  2. Instructions to Students
  3. Create a Bubble Sheet Assignment link
  4. Roster Sync
  5. Upload student IDs
  1. Edit Answer Key
  2. Scan and upload papers
  3. Manage Submissions
  4. Grade Submissions
  5. Transfer results to Grade Centre and Publish

4. Roster Sync

Note: As Gradescope only transfers course enrolments from Blackboard once per hour you may need to manually sync the roster.

  1. Click on the Gradescope assignment link.
  1. Click on the course link in Gradescope.
  1. Select Roster from the menu.

  1. Click on the Sync Learn.UQ Roster button.

  1. Uncheck the Let new users know that they were added to the course checkbox.
  2. Click on the Sync Roster button.

  1. The course enrolments will be displayed.
