Export, Import or Duplicate a rubric/form (Ultra)
This guide shows you how to share rubrics or grading forms in Turnitin with other staff members.
Video guide
Overview
The availability of rubrics/forms is based on who is logged on, not what Blackboard course the Turnitin is accessed from. One option to pass a rubric/form on to another staff member is to export it, email it to the staff member and they can import it into Turnitin.
Another option, if the rubric was initially set up in a spreadsheet, would be to share the spreadsheet the rubric is based on (refer to the Creating a rubric or grading form guide by Turnitin.
Choose from the tabs according to whether you require a:
- Standard rubric: the default rubric with scale values for each column and weightings for each criterion row
- Qualitative rubric: brief descriptions without numeric values
- Custom rubric: the qualitative rubric with an option to add numeric values
- Grading form: descriptive and non-measurable feedback; numeric scoring can be added.
For more information, refer to the Types of rubrics and grading forms guide by Turnitin.
