Using OneDrive with Echo360

This guide provides instructions on how to ‘subscribe’ to any of your OneDrive folders. This allows Echo360 to copy any media content from OneDrive such as videos, audio and presentation documents to Echo360.

There are 3 options to access Echo360 to do the subscription via:

The Lecture Recordings link in the Learn.UQ course
A course Teams site (if the Echo360 has been added)
Echo360 website

Subscribe OneDrive content from Learn.UQ course

This guide provides instructions on subscribing to the OneDrive from your Learn.UQ course. The subscription will allow auto-published media content such as videos, audio, and presentation documents.

Instructions

Access your Learn.UQ course.
Click on the Learning Resources link from the course menu.
Click on the Lecture Recordings link.

Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of the page.

Select the Account Settings option.

Select the OneDrive section from the list on the left side.
Click on the Add OneDrive Subscription button.

Enter your UQ email address.
Click on the Sign In button.

Select the University of Queensland option from the menu.
Click on the Sign In button.

Select the folder from the My files OneDrive

If desired, use the dropdown menu under the Echo360 Section heading to select the course you want the subscribed folder to publish to.

Subscribe OneDrive content from course Teams site

Link Echo360 to the relevant channel in your course Teams site.
Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of the page.

Select the Account Settings option.

Select the OneDrive section from the list on the left side.
Click on the Add OneDrive Subscription button.

Enter your UQ email address.
Click on the Sign In button.

Select the University of Queensland option from the menu.
Click on the Sign In button.

Select the folder from the My files OneDrive

If desired, use the dropdown menu under the Echo360 Section heading to select the course you want the subscribed folder to publish to.
