Accidental release of Turnitin marks (Ultra)

Marks for a Turnitin assignment may be automatically posted in Gradebook if the feedback release date is set earlier than intended. 

It is recommended to carefully check that the feedback release date is set to a date after the official release of results for the Semester before marking begins in Ultra, but if students do get results too early, follow these steps to hide marks from students.

  1. Hide the Turnitin submission link from students
  2. Create a new Turnitin submission link
  1. Create a Maximum column in Gradebook

3. Create a Maximum column in Gradebook

A maximum column can be created in Gradebook to assist in combining the marks from both Turnitin assignments into a single Gradebook column.
