Accidental release of Gradescope results (Ultra)

Marks from Gradescope are automatically posted to Gradebook for students to see as soon as the Post Grades to Learn.UQ button is pressed. For further information on the release of Gradescope marks and feedback, refer to the Publish and Post student Gradescope assignment results guide.

Note: The accidental release of results generally only affects Gradescope assessments where students are submitting. Gradescope links for exams should by default be hidden from students as staff will upload papers on their behalf.

  1. Hide the Gradescope submission link from students
  2. Create a new Turnitin submission link (Optional)
  1. Create a Maximum column in Gradebook (Optional)

1. Hide the Gradescope submission link from students

To hide results in Gradebook from students, staff will need to hide the Gradescope Submission link. For further information on hiding content from students, refer to the Content visibility guide.
