Attach an ePortfolio form (Original)

Add a form to the page

1. Click on the Add Content button and select Form from the menu.
2. Click on an Insert Content Here icon.
3. Select the form that you would like to complete from the Select Form drop-down menu.
4. Click on the Save button.
