Tasks to complete

Create a forum

1. From the Course Menu, select Discussion Board.
2. Click on the Create Forum button.
3. Enter "Assessment Questions" in the Name textbox.
4. Enter "Share any questions you have about each assessment task" in the description textbox.
5. For Available, select Yes
6. Under Create and Edit, ensure only the following boxes are checked:

• Allow Author to Delete Own Posts
• Allow Author to Edit Own Published Posts
• Allow File Attachments
• Allow Users to Reply with Quote

7. Click on the Submit button.

Create a thread

1. Click on the Assessment Questions forum to open it.
2. Click on the Create Thread button.
3. Enter "Planet Research Assignment Q&A" in the Name textbox.
4. Enter "Share any questions you have about the Planet Research Assignment" in the Message textbox.
5. Click on the Submit button.
