8. Share a screen

Once a Zoom meeting is in progress you can share content, such as PowerPoint presentations, with all meeting participants. When running a lecture or tutorial, you may want to share a PowerPoint presentation, a particular software you would like to demonstrate or a webpage. 

Tip: Ensure any webpages or applications are open on your computer before you start the Zoom meeting.

Tasks to complete

  1. Open a PowerPoint on your computer and share it in the Zoom meeting. 
  2. Open a webpage and share it in the Zoom meeting.
