Faculty of Science Employability Framework Marking of Reflections (Ultra)

This guide is designed to show the process of providing marks for the self-reflections completed by students in Science courses. Ensure you have created a column in Gradebook for the reflection mark. For further information, refer to the Create a Column guide.

Before proceeding please ensure that your account has been granted the Limited Admin access level. The Limited Admin access level is indicated by a gold +AL (see below screenshot) symbol next to your name in the top right corner.

If your account does not have the Limited Admin access level please log a job with the eLearning Helpdesk to have your account upgraded.

  1. Adding a Grade Centre Column and Downloading Column
  2. Download reflections
  1. Mark Reflections
  2. Upload marks to Grade Centre

4. Upload marks to Grade Centre

  1. From your course site, select Gradebook from the navigation bar.
  2. Select Marks from the Gradebook navigation bar.
  3. Click on the Upload Gradebook button.

  4. Click on the Upload Local File button to locate your saved CSV file.

     
  5. Click on the Upload button.

  6. If completed correctly you will receive an Upload Complete message.
