6. Complete the test as student

Two students' credentials have been created for you. Please watch the following video and instructions to complete the test as students. You will do the task twice to create 2 submissions.

Tasks to complete

Access your test and complete it as a student

  1. Access the Inspera Training One site.
  2. Hover the mouse over the Deliver tab.
  3. Select the Tests option from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the Your name-Inspera Assessment-Marking Workshop link. Optionally, you can enter the workshop title in the search box to search for the test.
  5. On the Activated page, the login details can be found under the assessment open and close times. Otherwise, the credentials have been emailed to you.
  • Click on the Candidate login details button to show all of the one-time user login details in a printable, one-per-page format.
  • Alternatively, click on the Show as list link to display one-time user login details in a simple list.
  1. Open a new incognito/private window (click on the menu icon (three dots) in the very top right of your browser window >> select new incognito window).
  2. Use the link and student login credentials to complete the test as a student. Paste this link onto the incognito window search bar to access the Inspera Training environment as a candidate.
  3. Under Student Login, click on the ...or with registered user option.
  4. Enter the candidate credential (username and password) you generated in the "Add one-time user to your test" step.
  5. Click on the Click here to get ready button.
  6. Click on the Start test button.
  7. Complete the test.

Note:

  • For the essay question type, please enter a block of text because the Similarity report does not work on short-form text. 
  • Please intentionally skip 1 question (do not provide a response) - either an auto-marked or manually marked question.
  1. Click on the Submit now button upon completion of the test.
  2. Log out of the student test page.
  • Click on the cog (settings) icon.
  • Click on the Log out link.
  1. Repeat Steps 8 - 12, using the second candidate's credential. 
  2. Optionally, log out of the student test page.
  • Click on the cog (settings) icon.
  • Click on the Log out link.
  1. Close the incognito/private window.
