Enable third party cookies (Ultra)

1. Open your Chrome browser.
2. Click on the Customise and control Google Chrome button (the vertical ellipsis).
3. Click on the Settings link. 
   
    
4. Under the Privacy and Security section, click on the Site settings link
   

6. Click on the Third-party cookies link. 
   

7. Ensure the Block third-party cookies is not enabled (bar is grey). 
   

Note: If the above solution does not work try the following:

1. Open Chrome.
2. Type chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies into the address bar.
3. Change the "SameSite by default cookies" option to "Disabled".
4. Click on the Relaunch button to apply changes.
