Setup an ePAD / Program instance (Ultra)
Prior to setting up your ePAD / Program instance you will need to ensure you have created your cohort of students first. For further information on creating a cohort, refer to the Create a cohort guide.
5. Midwifery Cumulative Tallies settings
For the Bachelor of Midwifery and the Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Midwifery ePAD's you will be required to add in 3 different Cumulative Tallies. The cumulative tallies allows midwifery staff to see the cumulative tally of completed Births, Antenatal and Postnatal visits throughout their program for each student on the dashboard.
To add a cumulative tally click on the Add new cumulative tally button.
The below tables list the required forms that are to be added for each tally. Each form gets added one at a time, however you can speed the process up by copying the name of each form from the tables below.
