Edit or delete a student's ePAD assessment (Ultra)

Assessments submitted by students to MyProgress are unable to be edited or deleted by the student. At times you may be required to either delete a submission on behalf of the student or edit their submission.

Note: The ability to edit or delete student work is limited to those users with the role of Course Admin.

Edit a student's ePAD assessment submission

Login to the ePAD.
On the Find Student page enter either the student's name or their email address in the search box and click on the Search button.
Tip: Using a students email address will limit your results to the desired student as these are unique to each student.
Note: Students email addresses in the system are in the format s1234567@student.uq.edu.au.
Click on the students name to expand the selection.
Click on Manage responses.
Locate the submission you wish to Edit and click on it.
Click on the Edit response button.
Make changes to the assessment form as required, once changes have been made click on the Submit button.
Click on the OK button to confirm the changes.
The Successfully submitted response confirmation message will be displayed.

Delete a student's ePAD assessment submission

Login to the ePAD.
On the Find Student page enter either the student's name or their email address in the search box and click on the Search button.

Click on the students name to expand the selection.
Click on Manage responses.
Locate the submission you wish to Delete and click on it.
Click on the Delete response button.
Click on the OK button to confirm deletion of the assessment.
Warning: Responses cannot be recovered, so be sure you are happy with deleting the response before clicking the OK button.
