The MyProgress dashboard can be used as an overview of student progress during a placement as well as directly accessing assessments for individual students.
Accessing your cohort dashboard
- login to the MyProgress ePAD page
- click on the Students tab to access the dashboard
- select the required group of students from the Choose group drop-down list. It is recommended that you select the corresponding Cohort from the list rather than selecting InPlace allocation groups.
- confirm the required part is selected in the Select a part drop-down list.
Tip: Most programs will not need to change this. - select the required section from the Select a section drop-down list.
Tip: This is only applicable if students in your cohort are spread across multiple rotations or placements.

The dashboard displayed is broken up into a range of column groupings and sub-groupings. The column groupings and sub-groupings are as follows:
- Student
- Name
- Institution
- Last Login
- Cumulative totals (applies to Midwifery ePAD's)
- Hours
- Placement (indicates hours completed on current placement of the target total placement hours)
- Part (indicates hours completed against the total hours for the ePAD)
- Placement assessments
- Assessment tasks to be completed on this placement
- Ongoing assessments
- Appear last on the dashboard
- Assessment tasks that can be completed on an ongoing basis throughout the program
- Individual assessment tasks
- Assessment tasks are represented by boxes under the various task headings. These boxes will vary in colour depending on the completion status of the assessment. Grey boxes indicate that the assessment is yet to be completed, green boxes indicate the assessment was completed and red boxes indicate that the assessment task is past the deadline.
- From the dashboard you can access any of the assessment tasks by clicking on the associated box.
- Individual assessment task counts
- Some assessment tasks will have a target count i.e. student must complete 4 entries and so each time a student completes an entry it counts up to the target number. While the target is not yet met the count bubble will be black, once the target number is reached it will turn blue if no entries have been made the bubble will be grey.
- Some assessment tasks will display a count without any target and will just show the number of completions, this bubble is grey when 0 have been completed and then black once an entry has been completed.
