Submission receipts (Ultra)

When a student submits an assignment or test, a window appears with a submission confirmation number. Students can download a copy of the receipt directly from the window. They also receive a copy of their submission receipt via an automatic email confirmation. Students are encouraged to save their submission receipts to verify they submitted their work.

You can look up and view the receipt confirmation number for each attempt a student makes.

Download submission receipts

Select Gradebook from the navigation bar.
Select Marks from the Gradebook navigation bar.
Click on the Download Gradebook button.
Select the Mark History radio button.
Check the [column name] checkbox.
e.g. Check the Video assignment Submission Link checkbox.
Click on the Download button.
Open the automatically download Mark History excel file.
Submission receipt numbers for each student submission can be found in Column K.

Search for a submission using a receipt number

Select Gradebook from the navigation bar.
Select Marks from the Gradebook navigation bar.
Click on the Search by submission receipt number button.
Enter the student's submission receipt number into the Search by submission receipt number textbox.
Tip: As soon as the submission receipt has been entered it will start searching for it.
Click on the Assessment information button to access the student's submission.
