Record a Flip video (Original)

1. Click on the edit (pen) icon of the required topic.

2. Select the record video (camera) option under the Topic media list. 

3. Click on the Allow button to provide Flipgrid application the access to the camera and microphone in your device.

4. Click on the Record button to start recording. 

5. Click on the Pause button to pause recording. 

6. Optionally, click on Retake to delete the recording. 

7. Click on Confirm to delete the clip. 

8. A You got this! Try again page will be displayed for some seconds and it will close automatically. 

9. Click on the record button to start recording a new video. 

10. Click on the Next button. 

11. A recording editing page will be displayed and your recording video will be played automatically.

12. Click on the play/pause button to check your recording video. 

Optionally, click the plus button to Add another clip, Import video and Record screen from the drop-up menu. 

13. Click on the Next button. 
14. Optionally, click on Edit cover and select the options from the drop-down menu:

• Select frame,
• Take selfie or
• Upload photo to Confirm your cover photo. 

15. Click on the Select frame option.

16. Slide the video cursor to select the frame for your cover photo. 
17. Click on the Confirm button. 

18. Click on the Take selfie option. 

19. Pose for the camera and click on the Take Selfie button. 

20. Optionally, click on Redo selfie and Take Selfie. 
21. Click on the Confirm button. 

22. Click on the Upload photo option.

23. Drop an image file or click to browse an image from your computer. 

24. Browse the image file on your computer and click on Open. 

25. Click on the Confirm button. 

26. Click on the Submit button. 

27. Your video is uploading to the topic

28. Click on the Post topic button.

Your topic will be displayed together with your video.
