Troubleshooting Safe Exam Browser (Original)

I need help with:

  • logging in with my UQ Username
  • logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • finding my exam on my Inspera Dashboard
  • my exam content is not loading/uploading incorrectly
  • the "Start test in Safe Exam Browser" button is not working
  • using a Library loan laptop with Safe Exam Browser.

I’ve received an error message on my screen:
