Troubleshooting Safe Exam Browser (Original)
I need help with:
- logging in with my UQ Username
- logging in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- finding my exam on my Inspera Dashboard
- my exam content is not loading/uploading incorrectly
- the "Start test in Safe Exam Browser" button is not working
- using a Library loan laptop with Safe Exam Browser.
I’ve received an error message on my screen:
- Red screen error message
- “Safe Exam Browser not configured” error message
- “Download the latest supported version” error message
