Duplicate a Flip group

When you need to create different Flipgrid groups for your course's tutorial groups, you can use the duplicate group function.

1.  Access your Flip account.
2. Click on your group's name.

3. Click on the more options (...) icon.
4. Select the Duplicate group from the drop-down menu.

5. Click on the Duplicate button.

6. Click on the Close button.

7. The duplicate group is created with the word [DUPLICATE] at the beginning of the group name.
8. Click on the more options (...) icon.
9. Select the Edit group from the drop-down menu.

10. Edit the name of the duplicate group, e.g., add Tutorial Group 1.
11. Edit the theme, so groups are more recognisable.

12. Other settings (i.e., access, email domains) are copied over from the original group. If you do not need to adjust any setting, click on the Save changes button.

13. Optionally, click on the Add a co-lead button to add the group teaching staff or tutor.
