Add media content in a Flip topic

1. Under Topic media select the Smiley icon.

2. An Add Media page will be displayed. Three options of Stickers, Giphy and Bitmoji are available.
3. Click on the Sticker button to add a sticker to your topic.

• Under Stickers, you will find a range of Smilies, Emojis, Expressions, People and Accessories to add to your topic.
• Alternatively, you can search for the sticker you want by enter some key words in the Search tab.

4. Select the relevant Sticker. 
5. Click on the Add button. The Sticker will be added to your Topic media.

6. Click on the Giphy button to select a giphy to add to your topic. 

Alternatively, enter a relevant name on the Search tab. 

7. Select the relevant Giphy. 
8. Click on the Add button. The selected Giphy will be added to your Topic media. 

9. Click on the Bitmoji button to select a bitmoji to add to your topic. 
10. Click on Sign in to Bitmoji. It will redirect you to the Log in Snapchat page, so you need to have a Snapchat account. 

11. Select the relevant Bitmoji from the Bitmoji menu. 

Alternatively, enter a relevant name on the Search tab. 

12. Click on the Add button. The selected Bitmoji will be added to your Topic media.  

At this point, you have added either a Stiker, a Giphy, or a Bitmoji to your topic media.

13. Click on the Post topic button.  

14. Click on All Set! or the close button.

If you have already had a pre-recorded video, you can add it to the topic.

1. Under Topic media, click on the upload video icon. 

2. Drop a video file or click to browse on your computer. 

3. Browse the file on your computer and click on the Open button.

A video editing page will be displayed and your video will be played automatically. 

3. Click on the Next button. 

4. To confirm your cover photo click on the Submit button.  

An Uploading your video page will be displayed. 

5. Your Video will be added to your Topic media. 

6.  Click on the Post topic button.  

7. Click on All Set! or the close button. 

Your Video will be added to your Topic main page. 

If you have a relevant YouTube or Vimeo video, you can add it to your topic.

1. Under Topic Media, click on the video icon. 

An Add Vimeo or Youtube page will be displayed. 

2. Enter a link or URL on the link textbox. 

Alternatively, click on the Search button to search for the relevant video. 

3. An Add Vimeo or YouTube page will be displayed with the Title and Duration information. 

4. Click on the Add button. 

5. Your Vimeo or YouTube will be added to your Topic Media. 

6.   Click on the Post topic button.  

7. Click on All Set! or the close button. 

Your YouTube or Vinmeo video will be added to your Topic main page. 

If you have relevant links that students might need to prepare their response, you can add these to your topic.

1. Click on the Add attachments button

2. Paste the required link or web page into the Link tab. 

3. Enter a Title to display to the Title textbox. 

4. Click on the Add button. 

Your Attachment link will be added to your Topic media. Note: You can add multiple links to your topic.

5. Click on the Post topic button.  

6. Click on All Set! or the close button. 

The Attachments links will be added to your Topic main page. 

Note that for each topic, only ONE type of media can be added. In case you need to change to a different media content from the one you have created, you can delete it and add a new type/content.

1. click on the close icon to delete the media (e.g. the photo). 

2. Click on the Delete button. 

The media (photo) is deleted from your topic and you can add another one.
