Comments, highlighting, drawing and stamps

Highlight a section of text

1. Click and select the section of text that you want to highlight.
2. Click on the Highlight button.

Edit or delete highlighted text

1. Click on the highlighted text you want to edit or delete. 
2. Optionally, select a different highlight colour. 
3. To delete, click on the delete (bin) icon. 

Add a comment to a section of text

1. Select the section of text that you want to comment on.
2. Click on the Comment button.

3. Enter your comment in the textbox.
4. Click on the Save button. 

Edit or delete in-text comment

1. Click on the highlighted text you want to edit or delete the comment.
2. Click on the three dots and select either Edit or Delete from the drop-down. 

3. Complete the required changes and click on the Save button for editing or Delete button to confirm deletion.

Create a drawing

1. Click on the Pencil icon. 

2. Hold down the left-mouse button to draw. 
3. Optionally, click on the colour icon to change the pencil colour.

4. Click away to save the drawing. 

Delete a drawing

1. To delete a drawing after clicking away, select the drawing and click on the delete (bin) icon. 

Apply a stamp

1. Click on the arrow down next to the Image button ans select Stamp. 

2. Select the required stamp. 

3. Click and drag the stamp to move it anywhere on the page.
4. Click and drag any of the nine points to resize the stamp.

5. Click away to save the stamp. 

Delete a stamp

1. To delete a stamp, select the stamp and click on the delete (bin) icon. 

2. Click on Delete button to confirm the deletion.
