If your course uses MS Teams for Teaching and Learning, and you use Teams conferencing functionality for lectures, tutorials, seminars or meeting, etc., you can enable the auto-publishing of Teams recordings in a relevant channel in your course Teams site.

Instructions

  1. Link Echo360 to the relevant channel in your course Teams site.
  2. Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of the page.

  1. Select the Account Settings option.

  1. Select the OneDrive section from the list on the left side.
  2. Click on the Add OneDrive Subscription button.

  1. Enter your UQ email address.
  2. Click on the Sign In button.

  1. Select University of Queensland option from the menu.
  2. Click on the Sign In button.

  1. Select the folder from the My files OneDrive 

  1. If desired use the dropdown menu under the Echo360 Section heading to select the course you want the subscribed folder to publish to.
