If your Team is linked to a Learn.UQ course, students will be enrolled automatically. 

In case you have a mixed group of students from different courses or external students, you will need to enroll them manually.

Note: You need to follow the instructions closely to make sure you edit student's names when adding them. If you miss this step, students will be displayed with their username s123456 rather than their name.


  1. Click on the three dots next to your Team's name.
  2. Select Add member from the menu.

  1. Copy and paste the student's email address.

  1. Click on the Add button.
  2. Click on the Edit (pen icon) button.

  1. Enter the student's full name. This is a crucial step as you cannot come back to fix a student's name once you have saved it.

  1. Click on the Close button.
